Southway has SPIRIT!

🐾 Southway & Perry Spirit Fridays! 🐾

Fridays are for showing your Southway & Perry pride! 🖤💛
Each Friday, students and staff are encouraged to wear their Southway or Perry spirit wear and show what it means to be part of our school community. Whether you’re rocking a Southway shirt, Perry gear, or simply wearing our school colors, let’s fill the building with school spirit, Panther pride, and a whole lot of smiles!
Let’s see your spirit, Panthers! 🐾🖤💛

Check out our grade level winners below for the MOST students participating in our Spirit Friday!  Congratulations to our Southway First Graders!!!

We Need Your Help!

🧸 A Quick Reminder: Toys Stay at Home!

We kindly ask that all toys and personal items from home stay at home. Bringing toys to school can be distracting and may lead to items being lost, broken, or causing disagreements among students.
We appreciate your help in keeping our classrooms focused, safe, and ready for learning! Thank you for your continued support. 💙

Parent (Guardian) Power Tip!

Panther Power: The Growth Mindset

At Southway, students often hear about Growth Mindset—the idea that our abilities can grow through effort, practice, perseverance, and learning from mistakes. We encourage students to embrace challenges, try new strategies, and remember that “I can’t do it yet” is very different from “I can’t do it.”
